EZ Way Broadcasting’s recent Stoptour event, at Busby’s in Los Angeles, met with rave reviews, achieving it’s said goal of uniting a conglomerate of Sponsors, Community Leaders, Entertainment Industry Heads, Actors, Actresses, Performers and Corporate Hierarchy, for the target cause, that is Bullying, and Cyber Bullying!
This kick-off event included: a Red Carpet, dawned by celebrities, live Performances, Speakers, Corporate networking, and a Charity Auction. Busby’s was near capacity as the few hundred supporters who came throughout the evening included a multitude of Charities uniting for this common cause. And of course, the turnout exceeded expectations.
Bullying and Cyber Bullying has become a cultural and international problem. Eric Zuley and EZ Way Broadcasting hosted this prestigious event to start the local push towards national awareness, by which at its peak will reach a global audience. The focus is on legislation.
Attendees included but were not limited to: Adrian Paul from the “Highlander” television series who’s Peace Fund Charitywas beneficiary. Christine Devine of Fox 11 News, Maria Melton acting Director of the Children’s Fund of Los Angeles, Summer Heline Executive Vice President of California Pictures, and Steve Istock the President of California Pictures. Doc Jones representing Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles and 310 Magazine distributed by the ladder was in attendance.
Also, Film Composer and representation for Capitol Records Scott Haskin, Ryan Brown of “Music That Pays” magazine, Robert Sun the President of the Chinese CEO Society, HenGee from Urbn 24/7& Hype Magazine, Emmy winning Writer Dev Ross of the “Land Before Time” notoriety with son Jessie Reynolds. Bright, founder of Brightlife Music, Larry Namer Co-Founder of E! Television & Pres. of Metan Development Group in China, Dean Arcilla president of Fan TV Global Network, was a sponsor and attended. The Stoptour on behalf of Brightlife Music distributed by EMI will be providing a 3 song Demo deal worth $30,000, and possible meetings with Capital Records for the artist’s who performed in the showcase. This was the bright spot for the evening’s talent.
Speakers included: Millena Gay from the “Young and the Restless,” who’s an award winner for “Clarissas Gift,” a film about bullying. Executive producer Rayna Ray & members of “Kids on the Porch” showed support. Actors included: Monty Geer, Tai Urban, Ronnie Alvarez, Sean McNabb, and Sam Sarpong. Actresses included: Retha Gray who works with Betty White. Also,Carla Perez star of the “Power Rangers” television series. Sponsors included: Fox Tribune, California Pictures, Sports1 Marketing, The Hype Magazine, Akyumen Technologies, Brightlife Music, Glam Graphics, Wold Shakers Design, andFanTV. Visits were very welcomed from the Vice Presidents of Fox distribution and RCA Records, and the Co-Founder of E, supported the cause.
EZ Way Broadcasting proved once again, it is a leader in the advancement of Brands, Charities, Social Media and a new voice for Non-Profits. This was the inaugural event in the Stoptour’s quest to unite this nation for the cause against Bullying & Cyber Bullying to never be above reproach.
